What kind of Technologies are the REALLY working on out at Area 51?

Recently Unclassified FOIA on AATIP Science Studies:

A recently unclassified (Jan 16, 2019) FOIA from Steven Aftergood: ( lists 35 scientific studies that were conducted in relation to the Pentagon's UFO Program going back to roughly 2005.

You will notice that aside from #32: Magneto-hydrodynamics... The type of physics that Government scientists are looking into as far as UFO propulsion tech is concerned, has nothing to do with Element 115... But rather some other more interesting materials:

Quasicrystals, Metamaterials, Photonic Band Gap Materials, Excitons, Polariton Superlfuids, etc.

If you've never heard of this stuff before... There's probably a good reason for it!

Let's start back at the beginning of it all...


Metamaterials: We now know they can be used to build invisibility cloaks and also warp drives.. (aka the most advanced type of anti-gravity) I know that sounds like some star trek science fiction to those of you not versed in the extensive peer-reviewed scientific literature that has been published on these things..

So I have been doing some research into the origins of how we came to learn and know about metamaterials, and particularly some of the scientists who were involved in these studies. I want to share these names with the online research community so that we can begin the process of filing more FOIAs to gain access to possible classified SAPs or other research studies these scientists may have been involved in.

The essential debate going back and forth right now in the Disclosure Community is whether these technologies were developed independently by human intuition and ingenuity, or were they simply reverse engineered from Alien Technology in much the same manner suggested by Philip Corso in his book "The Day After Roswell" which suggests that the Transistor was developed through reverse engineering, despite the evidence that the 3 physicists working on it (John Bardeen, William Shockley, and Walter Brattain at Bell Labs) had papers written about the Solid State theory behind it dating back well before June 1947...

Corso essentially insults and dismisses all the hard work done by these 3 brilliant scientists who developed the transitor and accuses them of stealing the idea from Aliens... Despite the fact that we now know that much more efficient computers can be built using optical nanomaterials, such as metamaterials, which push photons around instead of electrons like in our primitive electronic devices... So Corso's arguments about the transistor are kind of invalidated once you learn about and consider metamaterials would much more likely have been the type of materials actually recovered out at Roswell... not clunky solid state electronics devices...

I would argue that we should have seen a much more significant leap in our technology in the 1950s in order for any of this to be true.. I want to make the case that Human Scientists and Human ingenuity and insight lead to these understandings and Discoveries! These are the names of the scientists who deserve the recognition for what they did. So if you think they copied their ideas from a piece of a flying saucer, you better file some FOIAs and show me something I missed! These are the types of people who would have been recruited to work on SAPs related to this stuff... So these are some new names that are probably linked to still-classified SAPs.

The first guy to accidentally discover Metamaterials, no lie was a dude named Winston Kock (above - on the right), who was the first Director of the NASA Electronics Research Center in Cambridge, MA from 1964-1966 Kock's seminal research in artificial dielectrics, metal-lens antannae and metallic delay lenses, carried out at AT&T Bell Labs in the 1940s, are the first historical connection to metamaterials that I can find.

Negative-index materials were first described theoretically by Victor Veselago in 1967. He proved that such materials could transmit light. He showed that the phase velocity could be made anti-parallel to the direction of Poynting vector. This is contrary to wave propagation in naturally occurring materials.

Veselago makes several other publications on the subject through the 1970s, but a lot of the scientific literature goes dark around this time... Probably due to the OXCART Program and other Stealth R&D going on at the time... One example is PROJECT RAINBOW which involved a small group headed by L. D. MacDonald, chemist Mel George, and physicist Edward Lovick, Edwin H. Land, and another harvard physicist named Edward Mills Purcell -an American physicist who shared the 1952 Nobel Prize for Physics for his independent discovery (published 1946) of nuclear magnetic resonance in liquids and in solids. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) has become widely used to study the molecular structure of pure materials and the composition of mixtures.

The Skunkworks guys called this "Wallpaper" or a "Resonant Response Materials"... before it was called a "Metamaterial"...

So these guys knew some serious stuff about building antennas, and radar cross sections and resonant responses and used that knowledge and their own ingenuity to develop a lot of these materials, (which they didn't know were metamaterials... Nobody called them that or classified their nature and accurately described how and why they worked)

The first guy to do that was a Scientist named John Pendry. He coined the term "metamaterials" in the 90's and really brough the whole science to a head. Here is an excerpt from his book: Metamaterials:

Historically, and conventionally, the function or behavior of materials can be altered through their chemistry. This has long been known. For example, adding lead changes the color or hardness of glass. However, at the end of the 20th century this description was expanded by John Pendry, a physicist from Imperial College in London. In the 1990s he was consulting for a British company, Marconi Materials Technology, as a condensed matter physics expert. The company manufactured a stealth technology made of a radiation-absorbing carbon that was for naval vessels. However, the company did not understand the physics of the material. The company asked Pendry if he could understand how the material worked.

Pendry discovered that the radiation absorption property did not come from the molecular or chemical structure of the material, i. e., the carbon per se. This property came from the long and thin, physical shape of the carbon fibers. He realized rather than conventionally altering a material through its chemistry, as lead does with glass, the behavior of a material can be altered by changing a material's internal structure on a very fine scale. The very fine scale was less than the wavelength of the electromagnetic radiation that is applied. The theory applies across the electromagnetic spectrum that is in use by today's technologies. The radiations of interest are from radio waves, and microwaves, through infrared to the visible wavelengths. Scientists view this material as "beyond" conventional materials. Hence, the Greek word "meta" was attached, and these are called metamaterials.

One of the key tricks to getting metamaterials to work, is getting the desired magnetic susceptibility (or response) in the material, and one way scientists discovered or dreamt up in their own imaginations about how to actually do this artificially, was using what is called a "Split Ring Resonator", based on simple physics theory of LC Circuits... oh yeah, but alien technology right?

The first split ring resonator array for use in microwave frequency cloaking was built at GEC-Marconi in 1998 by Mike Wiltshire. And the first person was cloaked shortly thereafter.

And then in the early 2000s came the massive effort of trying to scale everything down as small as possible...

In Aug 2005 Dr. Eric Quinones a physicist from Princeton University published his remarkable discovery that quasicrystals, could be used to trap and direct the flow of light. Bending fiber optics signals at perfect 90 degree angles without distortions or loss in signal quality.

Interestingly, in 1998... An Area 51 Whistleblower named Edgar Fouche came forward to talk about classified Black Program technologies... and two things that he mentioned were quasicrystals and metamaterials!! He also talked about a large triangular aircraft operated by the USAF called the TR-3B Aurora which used mercury plasma rotated in a large centrifuge to acheive a type of quantum state warp propulsion... Primitive to what these metamaterials and quasicrystals can do.

I actually got to know Ed Fouche personally and talked to him many times on Skype... I tried hard to debunk Ed and find another source for where he could have gotten his incredibly insightful information back in 1998... But all I could find was this one New York Times Article from the the late 1980s...

It definitely leads me to believe there has been more going on with this research than we have been told. But one thing I will say, is that Ed's main scientist source in his book "Alien Rapture" is named Jerrold... Jerrold is the one who supposedly told him about these Quasicrystals and Metamaterials... Now the names are all slightly changed but based on real people who supposedly gave Ed this information... And there is only one scientist that Ed knew who has been into this type of Top Secret Government research into metamaterials and quasicrystals and that man's name is not Jerrold, but Harrold. Harold Puthoff or Hal Puthoff. I believe that Ed Fouche's Scientific Source "Jerrold" is none other than Hal Puthoff. Which makes the most sense considering Ed's circle of connections and all the research that Hal is currently involved in now...

Hal runs a company called and works alongside a guy named Eric W. Davis who has worked as a Scientific Defense contractor for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Eric Davis has written several studies on Warp Drive and other advanced propulsion technologies for the US Military. Lot's of new papers and other scientific intel has come out of these two in the past several months since Hal Puthoff joined up with To The Stars Academy which is that group formed by Blink 182 Rocker Tom Delonge and his team of "Former" Pentagon UFO Spooks. Oh sorry, not UFO... Advanced Aerial Threats. They shoot down helicopters and hack nuclear launch codes now don't forget.

Obvious Pentagon Operation to lay the psychological seeds for the Future War in Space, once this technology really comes out to the public and renders everything else ever built before it obsolete.

In 2011 at MIT I met another interesting metamaterials researcher named Nathan Cohen, who is the CEO of Fractal Antenna systems... He discovered that fractals also produce metamaterials using geometries beyond the ordered grid of a standard metamaterial.

You can find his website at and see that his company has some classified defense contracts going on related to these fractal antenna systems. I'm not sure he publishes his data on the different fractals and their emf responses... But it should be an easy enough experiment to perform, may require some laser metal perforation...

I also want to give a shout out to another guy named David Pares who is experimenting with fractal metamaterials for low level warp drive experiments in his garage! Let us know when you have a big success and we will help get the word out! That goes for any other independent labs out there too!

The Alcubierre and related Warp Drives:

The Alcubierre drive or Alcubierre warp drive (or Alcubierre metric, referring to metric tensor) is a speculative idea based on a solution of Einstein's field equations in general relativity as proposed by Mexican theoretical physicist Miguel Alcubierre, by which a spacecraft could achieve apparent faster-than-light travel if a configurable energy-density field lower than that of vacuum (that is, negative mass) could be created.

Rather than exceeding the speed of light within a local reference frame, a spacecraft would traverse distances by contracting space in front of it and expanding space behind it, resulting in effective faster-than-light travel. Objects cannot accelerate to the speed of light within normal spacetime; instead, the Alcubierre drive shifts space around an object so that the object would arrive at its destination faster than light would in normal space without breaking any physical laws.

Polariton-Exciton Superconductors and Superfluids

The success hinged on making a device that allowed for the creation of strange particles called polaritons. For the device, researchers at the University of Rochester positioned two mirrors to form an "optical microcavity." Inside that space, light is held at different colors of the spectrum depending on how the mirrors are arranged, according to a press release from the University of Rochester.

The researchers outfitted the microcavity with a semiconductor made from two chemical elements, one that is metallic and one that is not. This particular semiconductor was about the width of an atom, which is more than a million times smaller than a human hair. The semiconductor was strategically placed to interact with the trapped light. This interaction generated tiny exciton particles from the semiconductor that then combined with photons from the light. This mixing formed new, hybrid particles called polaritons, some of which have negative mass. A paper describing the research was published in the scientific journal Nature Physics.

Dirac Cones and Surfaces

Dirac cones, named after Paul Dirac, are features that occur in some electronic band structures that describe unusual electron transport properties of materials like graphene and topological insulators.[1] In these materials, at energies near the Fermi level, the valence band and conduction band take the shape of the upper and lower halves of a conical surface, meeting at what are called Dirac points. In quantum mechanics, Dirac cones are a kind of avoided crossing where the energy of the valence and conduction bands are not equal anywhere in two dimensional k-space except at the zero dimensional Dirac points. As a result of the cones, electrical conduction can be described by the movement of charge carriers which are massless fermions, a situation which is handled The massless fermions lead to various quantum Hall effects and ultra high carrier mobility. Dirac cones were observed in 2009, using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) on the graphite intercalation compound KC8.

As an object with three dimensions, Dirac cones are a feature of two-dimensional materials or surface states, based on a linear dispersion relation between energy and the two components of the crystal momentum kx and ky. However, this concept can be extended to three dimensions, where Dirac semimetals are defined by a linear dispersion relation between energy and kx, ky, and kz. In k-space, this shows up as a hypercone, which have doubly degenerate bands which also meet at Dirac points. Dirac semimetals contain both time reversal and spatial inversion symmetry; when one of these is broken, the Dirac points are split into two constituent Weyl points, and the material becomes a Weyl semimetal. In 2014, direct observation of the Dirac semimetal band structure using ARPES was conducted on the Dirac semimetal cadmium arsenide.

field in small pixel areas of the fuselage is controlled by another EM field that tunes the resonances in homogeneously (differently) in different pixels around the Tic Tac fuselage in such a way as to obey the pattern of essentially Alcubierre's warp drive in which attractive induced gravity is at the nose and repulsive induced gravity is at the tail of the Tic Tac. This is all controlled instantly digitally by a CONSCIOUS AI post-quantum computer quantum dot artificial neural net embedded into the metamaterial itself. Therefore, the positions of the nose and tail can be shifted essentially instantly - real fast e.g. 10^12 TerraHertz (10^-12 sec). There is ZERO local g-force - the Tic Tac is simply floating on a timelike local geodesic of its own creation. The apparent accelerations seen by F18 pilots and USS Princeton radars give the false impression of impossibly huge g-forces on board. This is because most people do not understand the subtleties of Einstein General Theory of Relativity and their brains are not able to properly process the observations. This is still true for Luis Elizondo and the TTS team except for Hal Puthoff & Eric Davis who so far have not, it seems, made "metric engineering" comprehensible to them.

Jack Sarfatti: Not really. speed of light in matter = speed of light in vacuum divided by index of refraction for far field waves. It's more complication for the non-wavy near fields

Jack Sarfatti: for waves (far fields) c'(f) = c(vacuum)/n(f) for dispersive media. In contrast, for near evanescent Tesla fields c'(f,k) = c(vacuum)/n(f,k) where f = frequency, k = directional 3-wave vector. f and k are independent variables here unlike far field waves. Also n(f,k) is a zero rank tensor to obey the invariance requirements of Einstein's general theory of relativity.

Jack Sarfatti: Einstein's theory is Guv(x,k) = [8piG/c(vacuum)^4]n(x,k)^4@Tuv(x,k) where k = (f,K) is a 4-vector, x is the position of a pixel in the rest frame of the Tic Tac solid state fuselage, Guv is the short-time 4D Fourier transform of Einstein's induced gravity tensor field, Tuv is the short-time 4D Fourier transform of the stress-energy tensor of the applied electromagnetic (EM) pump field. n(x,k)^4 is the zero-rank tensor meta-material response function where all the magic is.

Jack Sarfatti: n(x,k)^4 >> 1 induces strong attractive gravity Guv(x,k) at pixel x. n(x,k)^4 << - 1 induces strong repuslive anti-gravity Guv(x,k) at pixel x. Both for WEAK (LOW POWER) Tuv(x,k) applied pump EM fields. Also @ means "multiplication" using CONVOLUTION THEOREM INTEGRATION.
